Scope and status

This privacy notice explains, at a high level, how CODPilot handles information through this website, demo requests, and connected ecommerce and communications workflows.

It is operational starting text and requires review against the operating entity, actual providers, and applicable requirements before it is treated as a final public policy.

Information we collect

When someone submits a demo or partnership request, we receive the details they choose to provide, such as their name, company, work email, monthly cash-on-delivery order volume, primary challenge, message, and whether the request concerns a merchant or partnership conversation.

When a merchant connects ecommerce or communications services, the product may process information needed to support the configured workflow. The categories depend on the connection and may include customer and recipient details, order and fulfillment context, payment-method indicators, delivery status, conversation content and metadata, call or message outcomes, and operational records about decisions and follow-up.

The website and service may also receive technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and understand the service, such as request timestamps, device or browser information, network identifiers, logs, and error diagnostics.

How we use information

We use information to respond to demo and partnership requests, operate and support merchant workflows, connect configured services, route customer communications, record operational outcomes, maintain service reliability and security, investigate problems, and improve the product.

We may also use contact details to continue the conversation a person requested. We do not describe uses here that are unrelated to providing, supporting, securing, or evaluating CODPilot and its requested business conversations.

Third-party integrations

CODPilot can connect with ecommerce platforms, enterprise systems, logistics networks, messaging services, telephony providers, and other tools selected for a merchant workflow. Information may move between CODPilot and those services as needed to perform the configured work.

We may also rely on service providers for infrastructure, communications delivery, security, support, and similar operational functions. Their handling of information is governed by the relevant service arrangements and their own applicable terms. The final public policy should identify or describe the actual provider categories in use.

Data retention

We aim to keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate and secure the service, to maintain necessary business records, or to address applicable obligations and disputes.

Retention can differ by data category, merchant configuration, connected provider, and operational need. A final retention schedule must be confirmed before publication; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion date.

Security principles

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access should be limited to people and systems that need the information for an authorized purpose.

No system can eliminate every risk. This notice does not make a security guarantee or claim a certification that has not been confirmed.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the circumstances and requirements that apply, a person may be able to ask about, access, correct, restrict, object to, or delete information relating to them. We may need enough information to understand and verify a request before acting on it.
